The number of homes sold in Northeast Florida in 2016 came in at 27,873, which is more than the area has seen in over a decade, according to the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors. Albuquerque home sales their streak in 2016 in December according to a report from The Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors. The Albuquerque metro area saw 875 home sales close in the month, compared to 845 in December 2015. For the year, 11,021 single-family detached homes were sold, a 7.6 percent increase from the previous year. Homes were also on the market for fewer days — 59 days.
