The median sales price for both single-family homes and condominiums on the Big Island fell during September, according to data provided by Hawaii Information Service on behalf of Hawaii Island Realtors. The median price for single-family homes that sold last month was $328,000 compared with $365,000 in September 2015, a drop of 10.1 percent.
