The Connecticut town of Johnsonville is for sale. It includes all of the buildings on its 62 acres: the old schoolhouse, the church, the general store, everything. And this isn’t the first time this town has scared up interest—the ghost town has haunted the market in the past.
In 2014, it went up for auction, but the winning bidder couldn’t close the deal. In 2015, it bounced back on the market for $2.4 million, but a buyer didn’t materialize. It’s now back up for sale, for $1.9 million.
