The building that once housed two popular college bars in Albany, New York — The Lamp Post, and then Professor M. Barley's — sold this week for $1.05 million. The property at 218 Western Ave. was purchased by 218 Rice Building Corp., said Kyle Jennifer Schoonmaker, associate broker at Berkshire Hathaway Blake, Realtors.
