Condominium sales surged on Oahu during August while median sales prices jumped for both condos and single-family homes, according to a Honolulu Board of Realtors analysis of Multiple Listing Service data. There were 481 condos sold last month, a 12.4 percent increase when compared with the 428 sold in August 2015. The number of homes sold remained unchanged year over year at 344.
