Home sales in Milwaukee County again bolstered the metro-area housing market in July, when a shortage of available houses in the suburbs dampened activity, according to the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors data. The four-county metro area saw 2,197 sales in July, two fewer than in July 2015. In Milwaukee County, sales were up 7.4 percent, or 81 sales.
