
A year after a developer dropped his offer to buy the former Kenwood Convent for $2.9 million, the wooded, secluded campus in Albany, New York, is back on the market for the same price. The St. Louis religious order that owns the 73-acre property off Southern Boulevard near Interstate 787 is once again trying to find a buyer.
