
For the second time in the past year, Nashville-area home sales declined last month. The Greater Nashville Association of Realtors announced today that there were 3,705 home closings in the area in July, a 3.3 percent decrease from July 2015. The last decrease for Nashville-area home sales came in November, when sales were down by a similar 3.1 percent. Prior to that, Nashville hadn’t seen a monthly decline since April 2014.
