The Dayton area saw its strongest April on record for home sales. The Dayton Area Board of Realtors, representing Montgomery, Greene, Darke, Warren, and Preble Counties, reported Wednesday there were a record breaking 1,316 home sales last month. The home sales generated $206.8 million, up 8 percent from last April. The average sale price was $157,161, up 7 percent from the same time last year, and the median sale price was $130,000, up 2 percent.
