The rebound in South Florida condo sales only lasted one month. Sales of both existing single-family homes and condos declined in the tri-county region in April, according to the Florida Realtors. Condo sales increased in March to break a 15-month streak of declining sales. But the sales gains evaporated in April like the melting snow up north.
