Single-family home prices were flat on Maui last month, while condominium prices jumped 10 percent, according to the Realtors Association of Maui. In April, the median price of Maui single-family homes were $671,000, a 0.9 percent increase from last year’s $665,000. This is based on 97 sales, three fewer than last April. For condominiums, the median price was $490,563, a 10.4 percent jump from last year’s $444,500. Sales decreased 7.9 percent to 116, from 126 last year.
