Two Greater Cincinnati school districts are the best places in the nation to live for top home values and buyer demand, according to a new ranking. Realtor.com compared homes located in school districts rated 9 or 10 by GreatSchools.org to those in districts rated six or less to find that homes in higher rated districts are on average 49 percent more expensive than the national median of $269,000 and 77 percent more expensive than schools in the boundaries of lower ranked districts.
