Revitalization efforts will hit a new level soon in a historic Birmingham neighborhood. That’s because construction is expected to begin soon on a new home community in Woodlawn, called The Cottages at Wood Station. Brian Kelleher, Realtor at ARC Realty, said the model home at the development is expected to be complete in a few weeks. Kelleher and Mechelle Wilder, also of ARC Realty, are marketing the new homes.
