Pro snowboarder and Olympic gold medalist Shaun White is going for the gold in real estate. At the end of last year, he picked up a house on Malibu’s Point Dume in an off-market sale for $10.75 million. It’s a two-bed, three-bathroom, 2,164-square-foot house with a pool and Pacific views.
The house sits on one of two separate parcels White purchased in December. It’s also located next to another home White owns. His Malibu holdings now top 2 acres.
The purchases made it prudent for White to sell other properties in his impressive real estate portfolio.

“He’s resetting his portfolio,” says agent Scott Bross, president of Duke Partners Properties, who’s working with White.
In April, he listed a Hollywood Hills contemporary for $6.95 million and scored a contract a few days later, says Bross. More recently, White put his Manhattan penthouse on the market for $2.8 million.
White, 30, won Olympic gold in 2006 and 2010 and holds the record for winning the most gold medals in the X Games, ESPN’s annual extreme sports event.
